What you’ll need:
1 cup ice
1 cup almond milk (or any nut milk)
1 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
To taste: granola, fruit, other toppings
Steps:
-blend ice before incorporating other ingredients
-add the remaining ingredients (be sure to blend well before serving)
-add toppings
