My Beauty Must-Haves

      • I absolutely adore every product I have tried from Becca! You can tell that they value quality just by trying out their various line of products. In my personal opinion, their highlighters are the best and worth every penny. They are very comparable in price to companies like Tarte and Too Faced. I have had such great luck with their Opal and Champagne pop highlighter, and I have purchased both of these twice now because I use them almost everyday. These products are so pigmented and there is a broad range of shades to best match your skin tone. Since I have olive skin, I have found that Champagne pop best matches me and helps to give me a golden tone. In my case, Moonstone would not look good on me and neither would Rose Gold. However, if you have lighter skin-tone, then Moonstone would look great on you and if you have darker skin, I would try Topaz. I have tried the poured version of these highlighters, but personally, I enjoy the pressed version the best. shimmeringskinperfectorpressed-opal_2_1

      • Honestly, who hasn’t heard of ABH products? From their lips products to their contour kits and eyebrow pencils, this brand has become one of my favorites. ABH has dominated the makeup scene this past year and for good reason. Their eyebrow pencil has made its way into my must-haves and I honestly can’t imagine not having it in my makeup routine. I use the color Soft Brown and I have it in the brow wiz version and the Dipbrow Pomade. The only negative I can say about these products is I do believe that they are a little overpriced for the amount of product you get. If you are looking to get the most bang for your buck, I would recommend getting the Dipbrow Pomade with a #7B brush or #12. The Pomade is also what I use if I am wanting a more dramatic look or if I am wanting them to stay longer.

  • MAC Cosmetics
    • Lips
      • MAC takes the cake for the best lipsticks and lip pencils. Back in the day (before the times of sold out Kylie Cosmetic lip kits), MAC stood as the main inspiration behind the colors of Kylie Jenner’s lip products. After multiple interviews about the various lip colors she uses on the daily, Kylie admitted that her favorite lip pencils came from MAC. She admitted that Soar, Whirl and Spice were her go-to shades. I have to say that I was surprised to hear this because I have been a huge fan of their products since I was in middle school and I felt like it was such an underrated company. Whirl and has always been one of my favorite colors because it goes so well with my natural lip color. Their lip products are so pigmented and they surprisingly smell good when you put them on. They have a wide range of colors and their pencils and lipsticks will last you forever. They also are very affordable and they offer a cool service where you can recycle your empty lipstick to them and they will give you a free one in return!mac-whirl-300x300
  • Maybelline
    • Mascara
      • THE ROCKET VOLUME MASCARA CHANGED MY LIFE. Of course, I’m joking, but low-key I’m being honest. I’ve tried a plethora of mascaras in my life, but this product is by far my favorite. Not only is it super affordable, but the waterproof version will keep your lashes curly literally until the moment you take your makeup off. I kid you not, there have been times where I have not been able to take my eye makeup off for a couple days and my lashes still looked like they had a fresh coat on. I don’t know how Maybelline does it, but this product is hands-down better than any couture mascara on the market. maybelline-mascara-the-rocket-very-blackest-black-041554288384-o
  • Giorgio Armani
    • Foundation
      • Until I heard that Kim Kardashian wears this foundation, I was a true believer in YSL’s Touché Éclat foundation. Unfortunately, YSL changed their formula not too long ago and I was on the market for a new product because I heard their new foundation was more drying than the previous version. My favorite drugstore brand is L’Oréal True Match but I mostly just use it for simple day-to-day looks if I’m in a rush. I am the type of person that doesn’t care to invest and spend money on foundation if it is good quality because it really makes a difference on your skin. This foundation is so blendable and a little goes a long way. With 24 different shades, it is easy to find a color that matches your skin tone.3605521403797

      • Bless Jaclyn Hill’s heart for showing the world this brand. To be honest, I don’t think I would have purchased from this brand had she not vouched for them. I am very skeptical when it comes to makeup and I don’t try much unless it’s from brands that I have heard about or can find on Sephora or Ulta. I will forever be grateful for her introducing me to their products because their eyeshadows are my absolute favorite. Never again will I purchase a palette from Urban Decay or Too Faced. Their shadows are the most pigmented colors I have ever tried and they are so affordable! My favorite palettes are the 35O and 25A. 35o_web_new_large

I hope you all have the opportunity to try these products if you have not already! These are my must-have products and I’ve used all of them for awhile now. If you wish to shop for the products I mentioned above, you can simply click on the images!

I hope you all enjoyed and let me know what your favorite products are! I love trying new things and hearing of new products. Again, thank you for the support and I’ll see you in my next post 🙂
