Worry

What is the point in worrying yourself over things you can’t control? Will worrying change the situation? No. Will worrying make things better? No.

Worrying does nothing to you but bring toxic thoughts into your mind. If something doesn’t go the way you want it to, maybe it was for the better. I have never believed in “chance”. I believe that everything happens for a reason and every situation makes you the person you are today and it is your choice to make it a good one. We only have one life to live and there is no point or benefit in worrying over situations you have no control over. Act in the best way possible and have a positive outlook on the situation. Make today a day that will inspire others to do the same. Once you learn to stop worrying, you will find yourself much happier and life will become an adventure rather than a journey.

  1. I read a book called ‘Thoughts Are Things’ it was very interesting and talked about how your thought currents shape your life, when you put positive energy out, positive energy will ensue and vice versa. It was a very good read πŸ™‚
